ACE Workshop: Our role in the climate justice movement

Date and Time:
Wednesday, June 25, 2014 -
5:30pm to 8:00pm

Do you remember Hurricane Sandy? Did you know that our changing climate means that the weather will become less predictable and that we will experience more bad storms? Climate change doesn't just affect the weather it will make the health of our communities worse unless we act. How can we ensure that any actions taken by the city and state are just and improve people's lives?

The June 25 session will wrap up Climate Justice month at ACE by focusing our attention on what ACE will do to deepen its work on climate justice going forward. Join us 5:30-8:00 p.m., food at 5:30 p.m. and workshop starting at 6:00 p.m. Childcare will be provided.

This is the final in a series of three workshops. We encourage you to attend them all!
